The list of Pitesti PSD candidates for the Local Council was also submitted to the BEC, with the entire team present.
Cristian Gentea and the candidates for the City Council were accompanied to the BEC by the president of the County Council and PSD Argeș Ion Manzina.

Everything I have done in these last three and a half years, I have done only with the thought of not disappointing the people of Pitesti. I am extremely confident.
For the City Council, I also propose a list of very good candidates. Together we will do good work for Pitesti and the people of Pitesti!
We have many projects to take forward, because the pace at which Pitesti is developing must be continued.
It is our mission to position this superb, alive and strong municipality where it belongs in the region and in Romania!”said Cristian Gentea.
