Money from the budget for general repair works at the headquarters of the County Commissioner for Consumer Protection (CJPC) Vrancea in Focșani, respectively on Lupeni street in the county seat municipality. It is about a purchase from SEAP, the estimated value of the works being 160,172.07 lei, respectively 200,000 lei with VAT. Behind this auction is a report of necessity drawn up by the representatives of CJPC Vrancea since the first days of this year, which was later approved by the credit authority.

And, as the documentation explains, “this purchase is necessary for the good performance of the institution’s activity, as it is necessary to ensure optimal working conditions and compliance with the legislation on OSH norms“. The works concern interventions and repairs in the offices, sanitary annexes, offices and hallways of the building body, and according to the plan, if everything goes well, the term of execution and delivery of the work is 90 days from the signing of the execution contract. The specifications also point out that the executed works will be covered by the guarantee for at least 2 years from the date of the completion of the acceptance report upon completion of the works.

In total, we are talking about interventions on an area of ​​approximately 460 square meters, the works include the repair and painting of the walls and ceiling, the removal of the existing floor and its replacement, repairs to the electrical infrastructure – this also means the replacement of all current forms of lighting with panels LED with neutral light, work on thermal installations.
