The properties around Cluj are sold without documents: “They ask for 60k euros or more on a 1000 sqm plot and they don’t have any CF”

A woman revealed how many land owners around Cluj try to sell their properties with irregularities in the documents.

She says that she has been looking for a plot of land to build a cottage for more than a year, and in addition to the extreme prices, she repeatedly encountered the same problem: the lack of documents.

,,Hi. I am also trying to buy a plot of land in the mountains to build a cabin for my family. I’ve been struggling for more than a year to search in Apuseni (Cluj area) and everyone I’ve contacted has problems with the documents or they don’t have them at all and they don’t want to do anything about it. It seems crazy to me! They are asking 60k euros or more on a 1000m2 plot and they don’t have a single CF!

I’m already getting on my nerves. I was fair, I didn’t negotiate on the price, but it already seems horrible to me.

How do people want to sell (at exorbitant prices) when they legally can’t?

Can you recommend a resort/mountain area in Apuseni where people stay better in this regard and have you had good experiences?”asked Diana on a social network.

The people of Cluj urged her to go to sales groups, but warned her that she might not have better luck with the documents there either.

Some also advised her to completely avoid the popular tourist areas of Cluj, due to the extreme prices.

“In the Beliș/Marișel area are the biggest planes, I’m asking for them for a piece of land near Cluj-Napoca”another Cluj resident explained.
