Starting last week, Constanța City Hall, through the Civil Protection Service, ensures that the sirens in Constanța work in the best conditions.
Until April 26, the citizens of Constanta could hear the short acoustic signals issued for their verification. Because it is only a check of the means of alarm, we ask the citizens to remain calm.
Keeping the notification-alarm system operational is one of the responsibilities of the local public administration. By means of these means of alarming, acoustic signals with different meanings can be transmitted, or voice messages can be transmitted aimed at certain measures for the community.
