According to IPJ Argeș, during August 2023, the man would have approached at a distance of less than 100 meters from her. At the same time, he called her and talked to her. Moreover, on April 7, the man allegedly sent threats to her.
From the investigations, it was established that during August 2023, as well as on April 7 of this year, the man in question, 38 years old, from Poiana Lacului, would have violated the measures established by protection orders, issued by the competent court, against his ex-concubine, approaching at a distance of less than 100 meters, contacting the person in question by phone and communicating with him, and on April 7 he allegedly also addressed him with threats of a nature to create a state of fear “, IPJ Argeș transmits
Out of fear, the woman notified the law enforcement officers, and on April 22, the man was found and taken to police headquarters for questioning.
After the administration of probation, the man from Argeș was detained for 24 hours, and today, April 23, he will be presented to the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Pitesti Court with a proposal to take a preventive measure.
