“On April 23 this year, following the intervention and suppression of a scandal, produced in the proximity of the railway, on a street in Bistrita, the police officers of the Bistrita Criminal Investigation Bureau ordered the detention, for 24 hours, of four involved men, aged between 29 and 34 years old, all from Bistrita”according to IPJ BN.
Currently, the four are in the custody of IPJ Bistrița-Năsăud, to be presented to the case prosecutor from the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Bistrița Court, in order to order new preventive measures.
“In fact, in the afternoon of yesterday, April 23, a 47-year-old resident of Bistrita notified, through SNUAU 112, the fact that a scandal is taking place on a street in Bistrita in which several people are involved.
From the first checks carried out on the spot, it emerged that, amid a spontaneous conflict, a 30-year-old man allegedly assaulted another 31-year-old man, while they were on a street in Bistrita. Later, other people intervened, including the other two men aged 29 and 34, the four attacking each other. As a result of the aggression, the 30-year-old man was injured and received medical attention“, says the quoted source.
The police officers of the Criminal Investigations Bureau of the Bistrita Municipality Police are continuing the investigations in this case.
