Olten gendarmes started the recruitment of future colleagues today. 700 seats are available for admission to the 2024 gendarmerie non-commissioned officer military schools.
Between April 24 and May 14, the Olt Gendarmerie is conducting a new recruitment campaign for those who want a military career in the Romanian Gendarmerie. For this year’s admission, 350 places are open for competition at the “Grigore Alexandru Ghica” Military School for Gendarmerie Non-Commissioned Officers, Dragașani, of which 3 are intended for citizens of Roma ethnicity, and 3 for those from other minorities, and at the Military School for Gendarmerie Non-Commissioned Officers ” Petru Rareș” Fălticeni also 350 places, of which 3 are intended for citizens of Roma ethnicity, and 3 for those of other minorities.
,,The registration-type request is submitted by May 14, exclusively in electronic format, to the e-mail address [email protected], and the files are submitted in person and in full volume, until May 21, at the headquarters of the Olt County Gendarmerie Inspectorate located in the municipality of Slatina, str. The psychological evaluation of the candidates is carried out at a date and in a location that will be announced later, by posting in due time on the institution’s website. The physical performance evaluation test will be held between May 25-31 at the headquarters of the “Grigore Alexandru Ghica” Drăgășani Military School for Non-Commissioned Gendarmerie Officers, according to a schedule that will be announced later (by posting it in due time on the unit’s website).
The knowledge verification test will be taken on June 15, by the candidates who have passed the physical performance evaluation test and will consist of a grid test that includes subjects from the Romanian language discipline, the foreign language discipline, subjects from the specific legislation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as of the political institutions of the state and subjects of civic and citizen education, exercises to evaluate the ability to analyze and synthesize, as well as exercises regarding the acquisition of logical reasoning.
The medical examination will be carried out between June 19 and July 12, for candidates who fall within the number of places available for the admissions competition, in descending order of final marks.
The final admission results are displayed at the headquarters of the educational units and posted on their official website, until July 19.
