“Green Week” is a recurring event held in various cities around the world with the aim of promoting a healthy, green and sustainable lifestyle. During this event, various activities and initiatives are organized that encourage participants to adopt environmentally friendly practices and improve their health.

“We thought that organizing such an event in our school would be a suitable choice for several reasons:
Promoting ecological transport: The cyclists’ march from Creangă School emphasizes the importance of using bicycles as an ecological and sustainable means of transport and encourages people to use bicycles more often instead of other means of transport that pollute the environment, such as cars or buses.
Encouraging an active and healthy lifestyle: Participating in this cyclists’ march encourages children and adults to be more physically active and adopt a healthy lifestyle. Pedaling is an excellent form of exercise that can improve cardiovascular health and overall health.
Awareness of environmental issues: By organizing this march, as part of the “Green Week”, we want to draw attention to environmental issues and the importance of adopting a more responsible behavior towards the environment. This may include reducing carbon emissions, protecting natural habitats and promoting the use of renewable energies.

We would like to thank the students from the 5th A, 5th B, 6th C and 7th A classes, the parents and directors of these classes, Mrs. Ștefana Ramba, professor of physical education and sport, Mr. Florin, professor of physical education and sport Ferezan, to the teachers who teach these classes and got involved in this event, to Mr. Sorin Borodi, professor of mathematics, to Mrs. Mira Hagianu, professor of French, and, first of all, to Mrs. Iuliana Moholea, the mother of a student from the school, who everything was thought out professionally”, school representatives told monitorulcj.ro.
