CS Electromureș Romgaz Târgu Mureș remains the best female popice team in Romania. The girls coached by Orosz Istvan and Seres Jozsef won the championship titles, after defeating Rapid Bucharest in the final of the National Division with a score of 7-1 (3304-3034 popices knocked down) in Iași.

Seres Bernadett managed the best individual result of the final, 575 pd

The other components of the Mures formation had the following results: Safrany Anita -571 pd, Mehesz Anita-568 pd, Roxana Andreea Bordianu-539 pd, Fekete Reka-529 pd, and Maria Ciobanu-522 pd Reserves were Budoi Noemi, Adam Erzsebet Alexandra and Geanina Corina Ciula.

The third place and the bronze medals went to Petrolul Ploiești.

Following this result, CS Electromureș Romgaz Tg.Mureș ensured its participation in the World Cup, a competition that will take place in October, in Zalaegerszeg, in Hungary. At last year’s World Cup, the women from Mures won the silver medals.
