“On April 20, at 2:30 a.m., on County Road 252, in the Ploscuțeni commune, the policemen of the Adjud Rural Police Section 4 stopped a car driven by a 15-year-old man from the Homocea commune who did not have a driver’s license.
In the case, a criminal case was drawn up under the aspect of committing the crime of driving a vehicle without a driver’s license.

On April 20, at 4:17 a.m., on National Road 2 E85, the police detected a man from the city of Bucharest, while he was driving a car, although he had this right suspended.
A criminal case was filed in the case.

On April 20, at 4:45 a.m., policemen from the Focșani Municipality Police spotted a van driven by a 73-year-old man from the commune of Tâmboești in traffic, on Bulevardul Independentiei, and after testing him with the separate breathalyzer, the result was a value of 0.79 mg/l, pure alcohol in exhaled air.
The man was taken to the hospital, where his biological samples were collected, in order to determine the alcohol level.
In the case, a criminal case was drawn up under the aspect of committing the crime of driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other substances.

On April 20, at 12:00, the policemen of Section 1 of the Golești Rural Police were alerted via SNUAU 112, regarding the fact that, in Garoafa commune, there was a road accident resulting in material damage.
Following the checks carried out, it was established that a 53-year-old man from the town of Mărășești, while driving a car, crashed into a parked car, causing damage.
The man was tested with the breathalyzer, which indicated a result of 0.88 mg/l of pure alcohol in the exhaled air.
Biological samples were taken from him, in order to establish his blood alcohol level.
In the case, a criminal case was drawn up under the aspect of committing the crime of driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other substances.

On April 20, at 5:54 p.m., police officers from the Focșani Municipality Police spotted a car driven by a 23-year-old man in traffic on National Road 2M, outside the municipality of Focșani, who exceeded the speed limit on road sector.
The man was tested with the device provided, revealing indications of the possible presence of psychoactive substances.
We note that this is not evidence in the criminal case, the person being taken to a medical facility, for the collection of biological samples, in order to accurately establish the consumption of prohibited substances.
In the case, a criminal file was drawn up, in which investigations are being carried out, under the aspect of committing the crime of driving a vehicle under the influence of psychoactive substances.

On April 21, at 02:11, the policemen of the 6th Section of the Nănești Rural Police spotted a car driven by a 32-year-old man from Botoşani county in traffic, on a street in Vulturu commune.
The police tested him with the breathalyzer, which indicated the value of 0.56 mg/l of pure alcohol in the exhaled air.
The man was taken to the hospital, where biological samples were taken to determine his blood alcohol level.
In the case, a criminal case was drawn up under the aspect of committing the crime of driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other substances.

On April 21, at 8:15 a.m., the police officers of the Odobești Rural Police Section 9 detected a 65-year-old man from Bolotești commune in traffic, while he was driving a car on DN 2 D Bolotești, although he was under the influence of alcohol alcoholic.
After testing with the breathalyzer, a value of 0.59 mg/l of pure alcohol in the exhaled air resulted, and the man was taken to the Focșani Military Hospital, where his biological samples were collected, in order to determine the blood alcohol level.
In the case, a criminal case was drawn up, under the aspect of committing the offense of driving a vehicle on public roads by a person who has an alcohol content of over 0.80 g/l of pure blood alcohol.

On April 21, at 10:20 p.m., the Road Service police detected a 56-year-old man from the Vulturu commune, while he was driving a car on DN 2-E85 in the radius of the Focșani municipality.
The man was tested with the device provided, revealing indications of the possible presence of psychoactive substances.
We note that this is not evidence in the criminal case, the person being taken to a medical facility, for the collection of biological samples, in order to accurately establish the consumption of prohibited substances.
