The former prefect of Gorj, Dan Ilie Morega, under house arrest, made a new surprising gesture, which he posted on several social networks. He filmed himself in the bubble bath, showing what oils he uses. Morega also had an ironic message for the “director” who allowed him to relax in the bathtub (not the director of the detention center, who has duties of supervision and of people arrested at home). Later, the video made by Dan Ilie Morega was restricted by social networks, as Reddit classified it as “adult content”.

Freshly discharged from Psychiatry, Dan Morega felt the need to show everyone how he relaxes in the bubble bath. Moreover, he had for his followers a most intimate invitation.
“Thank you Mr. Director for being kind enough to take a photo of me here in the volatile oils I put here. They are secrets, whoever wants them, I’m looking forward to having a good time… and… Mr. director Ghiță is a member of my family and that’s all”, is Dan Ilie Morega’s message in the video.
Dan Morega later told reporters that someone had illegally accessed his social media accounts. The former prefect of Gorj was in the public eye, after driving without a license several times. On March 22, he called the ambulance after the police came to question him for assaulting a journalist. Thus, Dan Ilie Morega was hospitalized. At the same time, the prosecutors requested his preventive arrest, however, the court decided that house arrest is a preventive measure.

Morega is also accused of allegedly hitting and swearing at a Digi 24 correspondent, because she publicized his illegal “adventures” in the traffic, resulting in seven criminal cases. “The police filed 7 criminal cases against Mr. Morega. When you talk about the criminal case, another institution already enters the scene, which is called the Prosecutor’s Office and another, the Court of Justice. Probably, when these criminal files entered the justice system, they were not processed quickly enough,” stated Minister Cătălin Predoiu.
