The immediately convened extraordinary meeting of the Piatra-Neamț Local Council today, from 2 p.m., corresponds in the most important points to that of the CJ, announced for 11 a.m. The agenda has two positions related to major projects for the city and so- the so-called Metropolitan Area.
One is about participating in the Program aimed at water supply, sewage and wastewater treatment systems, financed by the Environment Fund Administration, in order to obtain non-reimbursable financing for the “Modernization of existing water supply and sewage systems” project. It could be coupled with another project, the one with the general budget for the Modernization of the existing water supply and sewerage systems, but the town hall has omitted to post the projects and we have nothing to discuss (for confirmation, see here and here).
The second important project aims at the purchase of ecological buses, in partnership with the county, through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, with non-refundable funding. That in fact the topic is non-polluting vehicles, electric buses not being ecological at all, is another discussion.
Other discussions may also spark two of the three associations/partnerships, but the core materials are missing.
Beyond the commonalities, there is a big difference between the two sessions. The county deliberative authority meets remotely, the local one – live. (MN)
