Justice in Romania should be done quickly, not to wait a year to start a trial, which will be prolonged anyway. Thus, if you had some problems in 2023, it is impossible to see the case resolved sooner than 2026. Under these conditions, the magistrates ask that people trust the justice system and not criticize it?

For example, file 24038/211/202, regarding a dispute with WIZZ Air, was registered with the Cluj Court on 27.10.2023, but received a trial date on September 5, 2024. There is no doubt that at the first dates adjournments will be sought so that the poor people will be able to have a first verdict in the autumn of 2025 at the earliest. Then the sentence can be appealed, and a final solution could not be put on the table until 2026, if not even 2027.”We are losing faith in justice.
