How healthy is the egg diet?

Predominantly, this diet is quite restrictive and involves a fairly large caloric deficit. However, studies have shown that an egg a day can help improve heart health and more.

Boiled eggs can easily be included in a lot of delicious dishes and can be successfully frozen. However, keep in mind that the diet is high in fiber and protein, but can create a substantial calorie deficit, say Run Chicken.

This diet is not suitable for people who have an egg allergy or who have a history of health problems related to high cholesterol. If you are pregnant or recovering from an illness, then this diet is not for you.
