Morgan Freeman was photographed in Beverly Hills, California as he prepared to enter the famous Funke restaurant, popular among Hollywood stars. It’s a rare public appearance for the 86-year-old actor.

For this dinner outing, Morgan Freeman donned a sporty casual outfit – black denim pants, beige shirt, blue jacket and a white cap, which he matched with a pair of black sneakers.

On his left hand, the “Se7en” star wore a compression glove.

In 2008, Freeman was involved in a serious car accident, after which he suffered severe damage, including nerves in his hand. He came close to dying after the car he was in flipped several times on a highway in Mississippi.

Although the doctors reassured him, telling him that he will be able to recover the functions of his hand in time, the actor cannot move it very much. The compression glove helps him maintain blood circulation, but also help him stay active when dealing with chronic pain.
