The war provoked by Vladimir Putin in Ukraine more than 26 months ago is in a continuous dynamic and Moscow is not giving in in any way. Now, an unexpectedly stark warning comes from Putin’s man, Dmitri Kiseliov on Moscow state television. He threatens that Russia will sink Britain with a nuclear wave and turn the United States into “radioactive ash” if NATO sends troops to Ukraine.
Any attempt by the West to put boots on the ground in Ukraine to “provoke a strategic defeat of Russia” would result in Armageddon, Kiseliov warned, according to the Daily Mail.
Putin will unleash his Satan-2 and other deadly nuclear missiles on Britain and the US, he said. French President Emmanuel Macron said the West should not rule out sending troops to Ukraine, but other NATO leaders were more circumspect.
Kiseliov – a TV presenter at the state-run Russia 1 channel who is also the overall head of Russia’s biggest propaganda empire – was personally congratulated by Putin on his recent 70th birthday.
