Three people have needed medical care following a road accident that occurred last night, on DJ 401, in the town of Hotarele. Only one car was involved in the accident, found outside the roadway. One of the people was stuck in the car – mentions ISU Giurgiu.

Firefighters from the Greek Work Station and the Colibași Station went to the scene, with two special fire trucks equipped with extrication mode and three SAJ ambulances.

A 44-year-old woman was pulled out of the car by firefighters. She and two other people, aged 14 and 21, were picked up by the medical crews and transported to the hospital.

The firefighters ensured fire prevention measures by disconnecting the terminals from the car battery, and the case remained under the attention of the Police for investigations.

In order to prevent such events, ISU Giurgiu recommends drivers to show caution behind the wheel, to respect all traffic rules for their own safety, as well as that of other road users.

In the future, the military firefighters remain mobilized, 24 hours a day, for the operative management of emergency situations and the provision of specialized medical first aid to persons in difficulty.

The events registered at the county level remain under the attention of the Operational Center, for the immediate disposition of measures aimed at ensuring the optimization of response missions aimed at saving lives.
