Six people were injured, Sunday evening, in a road accident in Aninoasa, Hunedoara county, after two cars collided. One of the vehicles hit a gas line.
“This evening, the firefighters of the Petroşani Detachment were requested to intervene in the town of Aninoasa, where a road accident occurred. For this mission, a special fire truck equipped with an extrication mode, an SMURD ambulance and two crews of the County Ambulance Service were assigned,” ISU Hunedoara reported on Sunday evening.
The quoted source stated that the firefighters found that two cars were involved in the accident and 6 victims (4 men and 2 women) resulted.
“The injured persons received first aid at the scene of the event and were later transported to the hospital in Petroşani for additional investigations and specialized treatment. Also, as a result of the impact, one of the cars damaged a gas pipe, for which a team from the gas distributor was requested, in order to remedy the situation”, the quoted source added.
Military firefighters also secured the area to avoid a fire.
