Without a license, a Romanian led a robbery of a car he wanted to sell. The potential buyer, killed in the accident

It only had to be a short one test ride. It ended with a accident in which a man died and a boy of 13 years old was seriously injured. The culprit was now convict of court to a sentence of one year and eight months in prison suspended.
