A road accident took place this morning of April 30, at the exit from 2 Mai towards Mangalia, Constanța county, involving the overturning of a car.

According to the first information provided by SAJ Constanța, it is assumed that two people could have been injured.

Resources from SAJ B2 and SMURD B intervened on the scene to provide first aid and manage the emergency situation.

UPDATE 1

The road accident resulted in one victim being incarcerated and one victim in critical condition on the way to the hospital, reports doctor Diana Claudia Tatarici, spokesperson for the Ambulance Service of Constanţa County.

UPDATE 2

According to the representatives of ISU Dobrogea, on DN39, near the construction site, they are working to extract the victim from the car, the second one was taken by the SAJ and transported to the hospital.

The victim transported to the hospital is a man aged approximately 27 years.

The patient who was transported to Mangalia Hospital, conscious, in critical condition, with chest trauma and pelvic trauma will be transferred to the County Hospital with Saj C2 crew.

The INFOTRAFFIC Center of the General Inspectorate of the Romanian Police informs that on DN 39, between Mangalia and 2 Mai localities, Constanța county, the driver of the car lost control of the direction and ran into a pole on the side of the road.

As a result of the impact, there were two victims, who suffered multiple injuries and were transported to the hospital. Road traffic is carried out on a single line, alternatively, by directing the police.

Traffic is expected to resume in 45 minutes.

The second victim, aged 23, is a man, unconscious. He will be transported to the hospital.

During the morning, we were requested by the 112 service, for a road accident between the localities of 2 Mai and Vama Veche.

At the scene of the request, two ambulances and an ambulance went to the scene. Two patients were found with major trauma in critical condition.

He was first transported to Mangalia Hospital, and from Mangalia Hospital, both patients were picked up by two SAJ crews with a doctor, to be transported to the County Hospital.

The first patient who left the Mangalia Hospital, during the transport, went into cardio-respiratory arrest, a resuscitation protocol was performed by the SAJ crews, but, unfortunately without a favorable result, he was declared dead.

The second patient, in critical condition, due to the serious condition in which the SAJ crew was, requested a Smurd crew, with a doctor, and was taken by him to be transported to the County Hospital, the doctor Diana Claudia Tatarici, the bearer, said according to the Constanța County Ambulance Service.

On April 30 this year, at around 7:45 a.m., police officers from the Road Safety Service were alerted to the fact that a road accident had occurred on DN 39, in the municipality of Mangalia.

The police officers sent to the scene found that a 27-year-old man was driving a car, lost control of the direction, and the car collided with a pole.

As a result of the road accident, the driver and a passenger, respectively a 23-year-old man, were seriously injured.

Both were transported to the hospital.

Biological samples were taken from the driver to determine his blood alcohol level and the possible consumption of psychoactive substances.

In the case, a criminal investigation file was drawn up for the commission of the crime of culpable bodily harm.
