A young man died and another was seriously injured after the car they were in crashed into a pole, a road accident that happened today, on DN 39, near Mangalia municipality.
According to the Constanţa County Ambulance Service (SAJ), two SAJ crews and a SMURD crew went to the scene, finding two patients with major polytraumas, in critical condition, who were initially transported to Mangalia Hospital.
“From the Mangalia Hospital, both patients were taken by two SAJ crews with a doctor, to be transported to the Constanţa County Hospital. The first patient who left Mangalia, during transport, went into cardio-respiratory arrest, a resuscitation protocol was performed, unfortunately without a favorable result, being declared dead. The second patient in critical condition, due to the serious condition in which he was, the SAJ crew requested a SMURD crew with a doctor and he was taken over by him to be transported to the County Hospital”, said the spokesperson of SAJ Constanța, Claudia Tatars.
