The discovery took place on Sunday. According to IPJ Constanţa, police officers from the Constanţa Municipal Police-Mamaia Police Station were alerted to the fact that the body of a man is in the Black Sea.
The policemen dispatched to the scene found that the reported cases are confirmed, the deceased person not being identified until this moment.
In the case, investigations are continuing “in order to establish the causes of death and to identify the person, as a criminal investigation file has been drawn up for the crime of manslaughter”.
