An extrication crew from the Tulcea Fire Department, a fire crew and an SMURD ambulance intervened a short time ago at a road accident in the town of Plopul in Tulcea county. Following the road incident, a 36-year-old male person remained incarcerated.
Arriving at the scene of the event, Tulceni firefighters proceeded to cut the body and extract the imprisoned person, who was conscious.
After extracting the person, the medical crew of the Tulcea County Ambulance Service took him over to give him first medical care. A SMURD helicopter from Constanța county will also arrive shortly.
