The employees of the Trade Register are protesting today in front of the Ministry of Justice. The trade unionists demand the elimination of wage inequities and discrimination in the ONRC against the other categories of employees in the justice occupational family.
The Trade Union of Employees of the National Office of the Trade Register (SAONRC), affiliated to the PUBLISIND Federation and the National Trade Union Bloc, is protesting today at the headquarters of the Ministry of Justice.
They request the elimination of salary inequities and discrimination of ONRC employees compared to other categories of employees in the occupational justice family, of disproportionate treatment “in relation to the importance of the activities carried out and the level of complexity of the work performed by ONRC employees in the current economic and financial context marked by the obligations related to the implementation of the PNRR“, according to the official statement.
“SAONRC asks the Government of Romania to take urgent steps to increase salaries by 15% considering the fact that ONRC is the public institution with the lowest salary level in the judiciary. At the same time, we demand the granting of the increased risk and neuropsychic overload”, the trade unionists also convey.
The trade unionists’ protests from the Trade Register started on April 18, with the Japanese-style strike at the national level, and between April 23-25 they organized rallies at the county headquarters.
Today they are protesting in front of the Ministry of Justice, and they will start a collective labor conflict from August, if the demands are not respected.
