Here, however, a method has been found by which a product adored by Romanians can become a dietetic one. It is about the ordinary Easter. We all know it and it tastes great. Dieters, on the other hand, can be reticent when it comes to it.

Precisely for this reason, a reinvention was thought of. Thus, Romanians can now consume pasca without sugar, without milk, but also without top. This is a healthier option to the traditional dessert, but also a bit more expensive.

More precisely, it seems that the price starts from 110 lei. There are also other special products, which end up costing somewhere around 160 lei. We are talking about an enormous price compared to what we knew until now.

“We have pistachio pasture. We have pasca with white chocolate, cream, strawberries. We also combine the traditional, we also combine this part of novelty, we reinterpret the tastes a little. The price starts from 110 lei for the Moldovan one and reaches 160 for the special ones”revealed the owner of a confectionery, according to observernews.ro.

And in vegan confectioneries, this pastry is often found. The cheese is replaced with a cashew and tofu paste. And the final taste is even better than the traditional product. The rest of the ingredients are also natural.

“Pistachio glaze and ground pistachio inside, vegan, with a sourdough of cozonac, flavored with organic lemon and orange peel, and the glaze is made of natural pistachio butter, with coconut milk. Customers are not necessarily vegans, they are people who want to eat as balanced as possible”, revealed another pastry chef at a vegan bakery.
