Tim Curry ended up in a wheelchair after a stroke

The star also played the scary clown Pennywise in the original IT movie. He has been absent from the small screen and has been bereft of projects since 2012 when he unfortunately suffered a stroke.

Tim Curry continued to work in the film industry, but focused mostly on voice acting work. In 2020, he made a public appearance on a livestream organized by the Democratic Party of Wisconsin, USA, visibly affected by the disease and using a wheelchair.

The past few days he was seen again, in the city, in the wheelchair, helped by a relative. Although the disease continues to cause him a lot of pain, Tim Curry does not give up and tries, as much as possible, to lead a normal life. The actor cannot give up his vice, so during the walk he smoked cigarette after cigarette.
