Tesla has officially launched the new Model 3 Performance facelift, the performance version of the electric sedan. The new version receives an engine that develops 460 horsepower, and this is also available in Romania, at a starting price of 55,990 euros.
The American electric car manufacturer has officially presented the new Model 3 Performance facelift, the most powerful version of the electric sedan. Compared to the regular versions, the new Model 3 Performance receives visual updates, as well as a more powerful engine and superior performance.
On the outside, the novelties consist of a new front spoiler, new 20-inch wheels, a new aerodynamic diffuser at the rear and new rear wings. Compared to the old Model 3 Performance, the new facelift version has a 5% reduced aerodynamic drag and a 36% reduced aerodynamic lift.
There’s also news in the cabin, where we have ventilated sports seats with a new logo embroidered on the back, as well as new carbon fiber trim. The new performance version also gets the new Track Mode V3.
The new Tesla Model 3 Performance facelift receives two electric motors that develop 460 horsepower. Thus, the new performance version accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.1 seconds and reaches a maximum speed of 262 km/h. Tesla did not provide details about the battery capacity, but the new model promises an autonomy of 528 kilometers.
Moreover, the new Tesla Model 3 Performance also receives adaptive dampers, an improved braking system with better temperature control and a chassis set for more dynamic behavior.
The new Tesla Model 3 Performance is also available in Romania. The starting price is 55,990 euros.
