A serious road accident took place during the night from Tuesday to Wednesday, at Lunca Corbului. Six people were injured and taken to hospital. After the impact, two of the victims remained incarcerated, being taken out by the firemen from between the cars.
The two cars collided violently after a 44-year-old driver reached the countersign. Following the impact, two people remained incarcerated, one of them in a state of unconsciousness. There were 6 people in the two cars. At the scene of the accident, a fire extinguishing vehicle, an extrication vehicle, three SMURD ambulances and three ambulances of the Argeș County Ambulance Service were assigned.

The victims extricated were a 44-year-old male, found unconscious but with vital functions, who was picked up and transported to the hospital by the SMURD mobile intensive care unit with multiple trauma to the body.
The second victim was a 29-year-old female, who was extracted conscious from the other car and handed over to an EMS crew.
Another victim, a 37-year-old female, was injured in the left upper limb and complained of chest pains, received medical attention and was transported to the hospital by an EMS crew.
