Road accident right in front of Satu Mare Prefecture. An employee of the Prefect’s Institution, who left the yard of the public institution, could not avoid the collision with an electric scooter, on which a minor was. The minor hit his head and was transported to the Emergency Reception Unit of the Satu Mare County Hospital for additional medical investigations.
According to PresaSM information, on Wednesday, March 27 this year, at around 3:00 p.m., police officers from the Satu Mare County Police Inspectorate were alerted to a traffic incident on Alexandru Ioan Cuza Street in the municipality of Satu Mare. From the checks carried out, the police found out that a 15-year-old minor, from Satu Mare, was riding an electric scooter on the pavement of the public road and collided with a car, which was leaving the yard of a building.
The minor was slightly injured as a result of the event. The driver, a 51-year-old man from Satu Mare, was tested with the breathalyzer, the result being negative. In the case, the investigations are continued under the aspect of committing the crime of culpable bodily harm.
