Gabriela turned to Acces Direct for the first time a year ago, when she was hoping to find her son in her life. At that time, not many details came to light, and recently, the woman received the news that her son had died.

Ionuț would have died in Germany

Gabriela said that she spoke to her son for the last time before he started working in Pipera. Since then, she doesn’t know anything about him. He was going to live in the house of a Turk, but there are things that show that, in fact, Ionuț did not end up there. A man informed Gabriela that her son had been found dead in Germany. Now, the woman does not know what to believe and hopes that the young man found is not Ionuț.

“He said he was going to Pipera, in Bucharest, to get a job there. He was going to rent with a Turk and he had to give ten million (1,000 lei) to the Turk. I don’t know anything about him since then. He didn’t call me, I don’t know anything about me anymore. I used to go to the police, I had nowhere to look for him. I went to the police and reported the disappearance,” said Gabriela to Acces Direct.

He underwent treatment for depression six years ago

Gabriela says that she had a good relationship with her son, but when she came home to Prahova, she took his phone to delete his number, thinking that no one in the family would contact him that way. The woman said that Ionuț has struggled with depression in the past, a condition for which he underwent treatment six years ago.

“He got treatment six years ago, he had depression. He took six years of treatment, I used to go and give him and after the lady doctor said not to give him any more. I didn’t give it to him anymore, he was employed in Bucharest, then he said he was going to work in Pipera to make a better future for himself,” the woman said.
