Sony is preparing the launch of its new Xperia series smartphones for 2024, and even though they haven’t officially been launched, the internet is already full of information and images about the upcoming devices. Photos of the model have recently surfaced Xperia 10 VIthe budget phone of the Japanese company, which attracts attention with its design.

The Xperia 10 VI brings changes from previous models such as the 10 V and 10 IV, but retains the same rectangular design with prominent top and bottom edges. A significant novelty is the abandonment of the triple camera configuration, opting instead for a dual system.

As for the technical specifications, concrete details are still unknown, but Sony is expected to continue the tradition of using entry-level hardware for the Xperia 10 line, including 60Hz displays and entry-level chips. However, this information is only based on speculation.

Sony also announced on its Twitter page in Japan a “special event” which will take place on May 17, 2024, from 19:00, in Tokyo. Although not many details have been given, it is highly likely that the new Xperia series will be unveiled at this event, considering that the company’s flagship launches usually take place between May and June.
