Solution to the problem
While the bug is not universal to all Android devices, it seems to be affecting certain models, including the Galaxy S series. The issue may be related to the latest WhatsApp updates, specifically version v2.24.9.34. Reports also indicate that the bug is also present in the latest WhatsApp beta update.
As a temporary solution, users can roll back to WhatsApp version 2.24.8.85, which allows them to resume sending video messages.
