A Romanian programmer has discovered a clever strategy to protect himself from pessimistic guests, who know how to come but don’t know how to leave. He programmed his robot vacuum cleaner to turn on and attack the guests, and he pretends not to know anything and apologizes profusely, like “Oh, I don’t know what hit him! These Chinese shops!”.

The IT guy says he programmed the vacuum cleaner to recognize more than 30 facial expressions, through facial recognition software implemented directly into the vacuum cleaner’s board. “After I squint a bit at him, he goes into turbo mode and rushes like a madman straight into the foot whistle of the guests who are sitting and keeping me busy. I mean, instead of applying for a job, they come and tell me what their female colleagues did at work. The vacuum cleaner attacks the worst when the guest starts discussing politics,” says Marian, the anti-guest vacuum cleaner programmer.

He also programmed the vacuum cleaner to spy on potential annoying guests, collaborating with the apartment’s intercom and cameras through a protocol he created himself. With this system, he can identify annoying guests even before they arrive, and the robot goes to the door and says “the master is not at home, please come back”.
