Răzvan Onea also expressed his point of view regarding the management’s choice to appoint Bogdan Lobont as coach until the end of the season.

“Yes, we knew each other, it was not something new for us, he has been with us since the beginning of the season. This fact helped him. In several stages it is difficult to change this end of the season.

He tried to change our mentality, to give us an impetus, a change, an awakening, but unfortunately he didn’t succeed in terms of the results”, added the right defender from Giulești.

In the ranking, Rapid occupies the fifth position, with 30 points. Only one managed to win in the play-off, the one in the draw with FCSB (2-2).
