Drastic suspension for the dynamoist Abdallah after the criminal entry to Benzar

Forward Hakim Djamel Abdallah, from Dinamo Bucharest, was suspended for six matches and fined 10,000 lei by the Disciplinary Commission of the Romanian Football Federation, in its meeting on Tuesday, for the red card he received in the match with FC Botoşani.

“AFC Botosani vs. SC Dinamo 1948 SA – Removal of Abdallah Hakim Djamel (guests) – the player is sanctioned with a suspension for six matches and a sporting penalty of 10,000 lei”, the statement published on the LPF website states.

Abdallah received the red card at the end of the first half (45+9) of the match between FC Botoşani and Dinamo (2-1), from the sixth stage of the play-out phase of the Football Super League, for hitting Romario’s head with ice Benzar, who left the field bleeding and with a cervical collar, by ambulance.

The coach of the FC Botoşani team, Bogdan Andone, was suspended for two matches by the Disciplinary Commission in its meeting on Monday, after the red card he received in the match with Dinamo. The technician also received a fine of 6,500 lei. At the same time, Attila Marius Suller, the second coach of the Botoşani team, was also sanctioned with a suspension of two matches and a sports penalty of 4,500 lei.

Portuguese midfielder Samuel Teles Pereira Nunes Da Silva (Oțelul Galați), eliminated in the match with FC Hermannstadt (1-0), was suspended for two matches and fined 5,000 lei.

Defenders Darius Adrian Oroian and Florin Bogdan Ştefan (both from Sepsi OSK Sfântu Gheorghe), were suspended for one match and fined 740 lei each, eliminated in the match with CFR 1907 Cluj (1-2). The goalkeeping coach of the Covasne team, Cornel Cernea, received a suspension for two games and a sports penalty of 4,500 lei, for the red card given after throwing a ball at a child.
