A new shock hypothesis appeared in the case of the terrible accident in Frumoasa-Moara on the morning of May 1. Bogdan, aged 25, was crushed by Sebastian, a 21-year-old young man, who mercilessly abandoned him in the middle of the street.

The first scenario released was that it was a terrible accident. Immediately after the impact, Sebastian, who got behind the wheel drunk, ran home and went to bed, as if nothing had happened. The police found him after a few hours and knocked on his door without a warrant.

The young man, however, barricaded himself in the house and, only when his lawyer intervened, he left the yard seven hours after the incident, was handcuffed and taken to hearings. He was later detained for 24 hours and taken home for searches.

He was tested with the breathalyzer, which indicated a value of 0.71 mg/l of pure alcohol in the exhaled air. Shortly after, however, another shocking hypothesis was launched. That the accident would have taken place out of revenge. According to Monitorul de Suceava, relatives of the deceased claim that there was a conflict between him and Sebastian Duceac, and the latter was allegedly hit by Bogdan Sefciuc. In order to take revenge, the 21-year-old allegedly got behind the wheel of the VW Touran car and intentionally hit Bogdan Sefciuc.
