Fatal accident in Suceava: the guilty driver refused to cooperate
“The fatal accident took place at dawn, on the county road that connects the Moara and Frumoasa localities, from Suceava county. After hitting the 25-year-old man head-on, the driver had no intention of braking and became invisible”transmits Angela BerteaObserver reporter.

The 21-year-old boy went home as if nothing had happened. He lives only 200 meters from the accident. When the police arrived, the driver refused to cooperate.

The agents negotiated for dozens of minutes with the young man sitting on the balcony.

The young man was convinced by his lawyer to go to the hearings

The young man was found positive for alcohol and is now also being investigated for fleeing the scene of the accident.
Mihai Ștefănoaia – lawyer: He said he drank alcohol yesterday. He watched the match with some friends and on this background he consumed alcohol. But he didn’t drive yesterday, he drove this morning.
If found guilty, the fugitive driver risks up to 7 years behind bars.
