Samsung brought to Romania another type of product than the ones we are used to, namely a… Music Frame. We are dealing here with a speaker disguised as a painting, or rather a painting that also acts as a speaker. It weighs 4 kilograms, measures 35 x 35 cm and has 6 acoustic enclosures. Samsung Music Frame was inspired by Samsung The Frame televisions, which in standby become true works of art, more precisely paintings. You can change the image displayed on the front by simply replacing it with another one on the removable cover. The gadget requires mains power, has Bluetooth and Wi-Fi support and can obviously be controlled from a smartphone.
It comes in versions with a white or black frame and has a support that allows it to be propped up, but it can also be placed on the wall, like a painting. It includes 6 acoustic enclosures: two woofers, two tweeters and two midrange drivers. It supports Dolby Atmos and is compatible with Q-Symphony, working with a Samsung TV and soundbar.
How was the experience? I can say that the sound fills the room, has enough strength and volume, plenty of bass. It seems to be above what IKEA and Symfonisk offer, certainly in terms of volume it goes higher. It can sync with the TV, by the way.
