A man who allegedly cultivated cannabis in a commune in Călărași County was detained on Thursday by DIICOT prosecutors, writes Agerpres. In addition to the 47 plants and 6 kilograms of cannabis, the prosecutors also identified an installation intended for the maintenance of the culture, grinders and scales, objects that carried traces of the substance, as well as other evidence.
