A torrential rain, which lasted for about half an hour, fell on Monday in the area of the resorts on Valea Prahova. In Sinaia, the intervention of the fire brigade was needed, after a street was flooded, and the water also accumulated in the area of the Station. Prahov firefighters intervened on Monday to evacuate the water from the Sinaia resort, where a portion of Mihail Kogălniceanu street was flooded following a cloudburst. It was a torrential rain that lasted for about half an hour.
The city manager of Sinaia, Marian Panait, told News.ro that following the rain there were leaks from the slopes.
A short time ago, the firefighters were requested to intervene to evacuate the water from the roadway and in the area of the Station in the city of Sinaia.
According to IPJ Prahova, on DN 1 (E60), on the road sector between km 123+300 and 123+400, an accumulation of water was formed on the entire space of the carriageway and on the unconsolidated shoulder, which led to the difficulty of road traffic in area.
