18-year-old man, dead in a terrible accident in Dolj. Another was seriously injured, after they overturned with the car

An 18-year-old man died, and another was injured, after the car they were in overturned, on the night of Friday to Saturday, on a county road in Dolj.

IPJ Dolj announces that it was notified during the night about the occurrence of an accident on DJ 561 A, between the towns of Plenița and Unirea.

At the scene, the police found that an 18-year-old man, from the Unirea commune, while driving a car on the county road, for reasons to be determined following the investigations, lost control over the direction, left the roadway and it overturned.

Following the accident, another 18-year-old man from the Unirea commune, a passenger in the car, died, and the driver was injured, according to Mediafax.

The driver was tested with the breathalyzer, the result was negative.

The police are investigating to establish the circumstances in which the accident took place, and a criminal case has been drawn up for the crimes of manslaughter and culpable bodily harm.
