Good news for young people who want to pursue a military career.

The Argeș Gendarmerie Inspectorate announces that registrations have begun and they are up for grabs for 350 places.

,,Young people interested in a career as a non-commissioned officer in the Romanian Gendarmerie can register to participate in the admission competition organized by the military schools for non-commissioned officers of the Romanian Gendarmerie.

The two schools of the Romanian Gendarmerie are each offering 350 places for young people interested in pursuing a military career.

The admission schedule is as follows:

– Between April 24 and May 14, 2024 (including Saturdays and Sundays), candidates can submit applications, exclusively in electronic format, to the e-mail address [email protected].

– The submission of the documents for the recruitment file will be done by May 21, 2024. The documents must be submitted at the headquarters of the Argeș County Gendarmerie Inspectorate, located in the municipality of Pitesti, Teilor Entrance, no. 4, Arges county;

– The psychological evaluation of the candidates is carried out in accordance with the Disposition of the director of the Psychosociology Center of the MAI, according to the planning drawn up together with the structures with recruitment attributions.

– The physical performance assessment test will take place between May 25-30, 2024. The test is held at the regional selection center, namely the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” Police Academy in Bucharest;

– Taking the knowledge assessment test is scheduled for June 15, 2024. The test is held at the headquarters of the educational unit where the candidate enrolled.

The topic and bibliography, as well as the activities specific to the registration and the knowledge verification test, are established and planned by the regulations of the admission competition, available on the official website of the educational institutions.
