TrupaHazard returns home to Timișoara, with a concert that will take place at the end of this week, during which Răzvan Stochița, (“Ravi”) and his colleagues – Daniel Woss and Gabi Drăghici – will offer the audience a different portion of folk rock .

This spring, TrupaHazard held a mini-tour in several cities in the country, where they had a warm reception from the public.

“The mini tour we made was very cool in terms of the places visited.

We had some surprises, for example in Pitesti in Barock, where besides the fact that it was sold out, the spectators knew all our songs. Unfortunately, we were forced to cancel two concerts in Zalău and Sibiu due to my health condition, because I had a fracture in my leg. Now I’m 70 percent recovered and we’re looking forward to performing again at Porto Arte, a place of our hearts,” says Ravi.

Under his real name Răzvan Stochița, “Ravi” started writing poems at the age of 14 and discovered folk music at the age of 16 during a trip to the mountains. In 1997, Adrian Păunescu heard him on the street singing the song “Două Fântâni”, he was impressed by his strong and special voice and invited him to the dinner “Totuși Iubirea” as a debutante. Two albums followed, the release of Hazard and well-deserved success. After some medical issues that forced him to give up his career temporarily, Ravi came back into the limelight and released a few songs that enjoyed success.

The Timișoara concert with TrupaHazard will take place on Saturday, April 27, from 8 p.m., at Porto Arte, and Story Duet will perform at the opening.
