Following a notification regarding the activity of a car wash, the commissioners from the National Environmental Guard – Suceava County Commissionerate carried out a detailed check to verify compliance with environmental protection rules.
The control revealed that the car wash in question was operating without an Environmental Permit, a particularly important aspect for protecting the environment and its quality.
As a result, a report of findings and sanctions in the amount of 30,000 lei was drawn up, according to the legal provisions in force. In addition, measures have been established for the economic operator to enter into legality and obtain the necessary environmental authorization to carry out its activity.
