Over 1,300 people found, in the first three months of the year, a job through the Olt County Employment Agency. Most of them have high school education, followed by gymnasium education. The fewest employed persons, during this period, have university degrees.
In the first three months of 2024, as a result of the services and employment stimulation measures offered by the Olt County Employment Agency, 1,377 people were
employed.
Of the total number of people employed by March 31, 2024, 633 are over 45 years old, 278 are between 35 and 45 years old, 191 are between 25 and 35 years old, and 275 are young people under 25 years old.
Depending on the residence, 625 people employed in the reference period come from the urban environment, and 752 people are from the rural environment.
The level of training of the people for whom a job was identified shows that most have high school education (458), followed by those with high school education (323), professional education (285), 69 being with university education.
From the total number of people who were employed through AJOFM Olt in the first three months of 2024, 627 people are part of the category of those who are difficult or very difficult to employ. We specify that the placement in an employability category is carried out as a result of the profiling activity of the persons registered in the AJOFM Olt records.
For integration on the labor market, job seekers registered in the database of the agency within whose radius they have domicile or residence benefit from personalized packages of active measures provided for by Law no. 76/2002 on the unemployment insurance system and employment stimulation, amended and supplemented.
Thus, in the first three months of 2024, the number of people who benefited from assistance for registration as jobseekers, in order to ensure social protection regarding the granting of unemployment benefits or inclusion in active measures, was 5,416 people.
