Bucharest Prefecture announces, Tuesday evening, that the Bucharest-Ilfov Emergency Situations Inspectorate intervened in 288 situations generated by the storm. 92 cars were damaged, and one person was injured by a branch.
“Considering the meteorological phenomena of sustained intensification of the wind recorded in the Municipality of Bucharest, during today’s day, between 08:00 and 18:00, the Bucharest-Ilfov Emergency Situations Inspectorate reported 288 interventions”, he transmitted , Tuesday evening, Bucharest Prefecture.
He intervened at:
– 194 tree clearances,
– 92 affected cars,
– 45 sheet metal clearances,
– 9 pillars,
– 2 electoral tents blown away by the wind,
– 15 clearances pieces of plaster,
– 2 billboards,
– 10 roofs,
– 13 other types of interventions.
– 1 person injured by a branch.
“We specify that, in the period 2022-2023, 7,677 requests were submitted to Bucharest City Hall for obtaining toileting/deforestation permits, 1,406 permits being issued, of which only 208 in 2023, the Bucharest Prefecture also sent.
For their part, ISU Bucharest-Ilfov officials specified that 29 interventions were in Ilfov.
