AJVPS Dolj announces: General Assembly on 27.04.2024, 1000, at the Faculty of Agronomy of the University of Craiova

The Council of the Dolj County Association of Sports Hunters and Fishermen, based in Craiova, Calea Bucuresti str., no. 9, bl. U1, summons on the date of 27.04.2024, 10 o’clock⁰⁰, at the following address: Faculty of Agronomy within the University of Craiova, Room 212, located in Craiova, street Libertatii, no. 19, Dolj countythe General Assembly of the Dolj County Association of Sports Hunters and Fishermen, in ordinary session, with the following agenda:

1. Debating and approving the activity report of the Board of Directors of the AJVPS Dolj association for the period 01.01.2023-31.12.2023;

2. Debating and approving the accounting balance sheet of the Dolj County Association of Hunters and Sport Fishermen related to the financial year 2023;

3. Debating and approving the Report of the Commission of Censors for the financial exercise of 2023;

4. The discharge of management for the financial year 2023 of the director of AJVPS Dolj;

5. Debating and approving the association’s strategy, its activity program and the income and expenditure budget for the year 2024;

6. Various.

If a majority cannot be reached at the first convocation of the General Assembly, the second meeting will be held in the presence of the interested delegates, on 04.05.2024, at 10 am⁰⁰at the same address.
