Although it is a process followed by all football people and supporters, the judges have not drawn up the reasoning even to this day, which had January 23 as the deadline. More than three months have passed since then, but in some processes it is even more than a year late!

Failure to complete this process has another important consequence. In the absence of a definitive decision, the lawsuit for damage in which Florin Talpan, the lawyer of the CSA Steaua Bucharest club, asked Gigi Becali for the sum of 37 million euros cannot begin.
This also requires a final decision in the trademark cancellation process. The FCSB tried to cancel no less than four historical trademarks of the Steaua club.
