The soldiers from ISU Dobrogea were requested to intervene last evening, in Tomis Tourist Port, near the large parking lot, where a road accident occurred.
According to the first information, the road accident involved a car and a motorcycle.
The accident resulted in a victim, a 17-year-old boy, the driver of the motorcycle, who was transported to the hospital, being conscious and cooperative, with trauma to the left lower limb and rib trauma.

“On May 3rd, at around 11:40 p.m., police officers from the Road Safety Service were alerted to the fact that a road accident occurred in Port Tomis in Constanța. The police officers dispatched to the scene found that the impact occurred between a car, driven by a 19-year-old man, and a motorcycle driven by a 17-year-old minor.
The two were tested with the breathalyzer and the one provided, in order to establish the indications regarding the possible presence of psychoactive substances, the results being negative. As a result of the road accident, the minor was slightly injured. In the case, a criminal investigation file was drawn up for the commission of the crime of culpable bodily harm.”
