Tragedy on Good Friday. A 29-year-old Buzo woman lost her life, last night, in a horrifying road accident on DN 28, in the town of Cilibia.
According to the data provided by the police, the buzoianca was behind the wheel of a car traveling in the direction of Buzău-Brăila when it collided with a truck coming from the opposite direction.
The impact was devastating. The young woman’s car went under the trailer of the TIR, the front part becoming a pile of beasts.
The driver died on the spot, while a passenger in the heavy truck, a 35-year-old man from Brăila, was picked up by the ambulance and transported to the hospital for medical care.
“From the first data at the scene it emerged that it was a collision between the car driven in the direction of Buzău towards Brăila by a 29-year-old female driver from Buzău and the heavy tonnage truck traveling in the opposite direction, at the wheel of which find a brailean car driver, 48 years old.
The accident resulted in the death of the car driver and the injury of a passenger in the heavy-duty truck, a 35-year-old man from Brăila, the latter being taken by the ambulance and transported to the hospital for medical care.
In the case, a criminal case will be drawn up, and the police continue their investigations to establish all the circumstances in which the accident occurred.”, IPJ Buzau sent.
